I may have been noticed by my absence from the Discussion Forums since January 26. I was busy and couldn't login on Friday and Saturday. When I tried for a few hours Sunday, I received an error message that there was a problem with the page. I was out of town through Wednesday afternoon and tried again to login and catch up. Still received the error message so I emailed Leanne at NAA and Rick at Auction Services about my problem.

Today, Stuart, at Auction Sevices, called me and ran some tests. He then set up a conference call with MSN TV. He worked with MSN TV and me until my problem was resolved and I could again login to Members Only.

A BIG THANK YOU TO STUART, RICK and AUCTION SERVICES FOR YOUR HELP. I can only hope that whomever NAA has hired to host our web site in the future is as helpful and caring as Rick and the Auction Services staff.

I want to tell you and it is no bull that your marketing is about the best and most effective tool we have ever had. A guy called me last week and said as he was flipping channels he came across our TV production that you produced but it was almost over.
So he picked up the phone and called me to say he wanted to see more and that he had a 415 acre farm in Florida.

I also had another guy who was watching the TV special and he is in the real estate business and said he wanted to change his method of selling and was so turned on by the TV show and what the auction method of selling was doing compared to the other
traditional method he wanted an interview the next day.

We had a real nice auction, due to the press release we were able to get coverage in the Arkansas Democrat Gazette (front page of the Arkansas Section on Friday), The Newport Daily Independent (front page mid-week edition) and a real nice interview from KAIT 8 television out of Jonesboro, Arkansas. As always I wish there would have been a few more people there, but due to the inclimate weather and the "Razorbacks" playing on Saturday our crowd was a little off. Oh well that's the way it goes though, just chalk it up as experience and go on to the next one. We will be hollering at you if we have anything like this coming up in the future. Thank you for your time and help.

Your marketing with the press releases and featured email blasts work great! It got us about $100,000 in free advertising from local and other publications.

The featured email blasts is a no brainier when it comes to reaching out to people we would have never had. It also drives the people to our website and I can watch the numbers keep moving up. Most of the people that attend the auctions now just show
up with the printed information from the website. That is a true sign that your marketing is training them to go there regularly and saving us a lot of money and time to print and mail.
