AuctionServices.com offers two (2) versions of our Internet Bulk Email and Marketing (IBEAM) System - IBEAM Basic and IBEAM Pro.

It all starts with the mailing list form on your web site. The form is filled out and submitted by interested auction buyers. When they "submit" the form, the information is automatically added to your own IBEAM database. On the form, your visitors can select the category(s) they are interested in (i.e. real estate, antiques, etc.) and their email address is automatically placed into that category(s) in your database.

All information is secure and is not shared with any other IBEAM customers, nor does AuctionServices.com make use of your mailing list.

IBEAM Basic

Designed for the auctioneer that has limited HTML knowledge, with IBEAM BASIC, you simply construct your email in your email client (i.e. Outlook, Outlook Express, AOL Mail), and send it to your list from a predetermined email address.

No website login is required. All confirmations and messages are processed via email. A web interface exists solely for reviewing and manually modifying your subscriber list.

IBEAM Pro

IBEAM Pro (or Advanced) provides a more feature-rich mailing list management system and is geared toward the auctioneer with HTML knowledge. The interface is completely web-based.

All list management, message composition, and message transmission functions are controlled and accomplished using a standard web browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc.).

IBEAM Pro provides a more personalized interface to your list subscribers, giving your lists a look and feel specific to your company. In addition, IBEAM Pro provides advanced features such as link tracking, and the ability to have the subscribers' names (if available) in the body of your messages.
